INITIAL RESOLUTION NUMBER II AUTHORIZING GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $9,100,000 Said Initial Resolution was adopted pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes to authorize a borrowing in an amount not to exceed $9,100,000 through the issuance of general obligation bonds of the District for the public purpose of paying the cost of the construction of a new gymnasium addition, including storage space, and acquisition of related furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
